Prior to establishing Hudson Cove in 2009, Mr. Wu spent more than 13 years at Merrill Lynch, most recently as the Head of Principal Investments for Non-Mortgage Structured Finance. Prior to that, he was the Head of Global Analytics Group for Structured Finance Products at Merrill Lynch, responsible for evaluating, assessing, structuring and monitoring the bank’s structured credit products across capital markets and principal transactions.

Mr. Wu received a B.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics from Yale University and an M.S. in Financial Engineering from Columbia University. He is a CFA® charterholder.
