Prior to co-founding Hudson Cove in 2009, Mr. Wang spent two years in Merrill Lynch’s Structured Finance Group. Before that, he was at Goldman Sachs’ Fixed Income Division for two years, focused on distressed loans, specialty finance and special situation investing opportunities and four years in Goldman Sachs Asset Management responsible for risk management for all fixed income pooled vehicles across traditional and alternative asset classes.  Earlier in his career, he spent three years at Deutsche Bank and Bankers Trust in the Global Loans Division.

Mr. Wang is a member of the Board of Managers at the Columbia Engineering Alumni Association.  He is a board member on the Engineering Development Council at the Columbia School of Engineering.  Mr. Wang is also a member of the Board of Trustees at Metropolitan Montessori School based in Manhattan.

He received a B.S. in Operations Research from Columbia University.
