Mr. Graf joined Hudson Cove in April 2021. He is responsible for collateral management and asset-based lending analysis.

Prior to joining Hudson Cove, Mr. Graf spent three years at Wells Fargo Securities on the Asset-Backed Securitization & Lending team. He managed the underwriting and issuance of term ABS transactions in the consumer and commercial finance sectors and performed credit analysis for privately funded securitization credit facilities.

Mr. Graf received a B.S. in Policy Analysis and Management from Cornell University.
